Baked Blueberry Maple Salmon for Two
Ingredients
1 Filet of Atlantic Salmon, approximately 1" thick and 1 lb
1/2 Cup Wild Blueberry Honey Maple Vinaigrette
2 Tablespoons of Water
Directions
Heat oven to 350F. Place Salmon into a greased casserole so salmon "just fits". Pour Wild Blueberry Honey Maple Vinaigrette and water over salmon. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until done-basting half way through.
