Wild Blueberry Rhubarb Pork Chops

Ingredients

4 pork chops
½ cup Granite Town Farms Wild Bluebarb Spread
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
¼ cup flour
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions

Dredge chops in flour, salt and pepper to coat. Spray skillet with cooking spray, brown chops. Mix Granite Town Farms Wild Bluebarb Spreadwith balsamic vinegar and add to chops. Cook at medium-low heat for 20 to 30 minutes
