Grilled Teriyaki Pork Chops with Wild Blueberry Zesty Relish
Ingredients
4 bone-in center-cut pork chops, well trimmed
1 cup of Granite Town Farms Wild Blueberry Zesty Relish
Marinade
3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry sherry (not cooking sherry!)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon brown sugar
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
Place chops in a large sealable bag. Whisk marinade ingredients together. Add to the bag, seal and turn to coat well. Marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat grill to high. Remove chops from marinade, discard marinade. Grill chops 3-5 minutes per side. Let rest 5 minutes before serving with Zesty Relish.
