Blueberry Apricot Kielbasa Slices

Ingredients

1 pound fully cooked keilbasa or Polish sausage, cut into ¼” slices
½ cup Granite Town Farms Wild Blueberry Zesty Relish
1 cup apricot preserves
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon ground ginger


Directions

In a large skillet, brown sausage, drain and set aside. Add remaining ingredients to skillet; cook over low heat 2-3 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Return sausage to the pan, stir to coat and cook 5-6 minutes until heated through.
