Breakfast/Lunch - Blueberry Vinaigrette Pork Sandwich

Ingredients

1 Cup Wild Blueberry Vinaigrette
1 Pork tenderloin
1 bag assorted greens, prepared
1 red onion
1 tomato sliced
4 slices of your favorite bread


Directions

1. Marinate tenderloin in dressing for about 20 min(or longer if preferred); grill.
2. Slice tenderloin and place onto bread with greens, red onion and tomato.
3. Serve additional dressing on the side.
4. Serve warm with Wild Blueberry Vinaigrette
