Main Course - Roast Pork Loin with Wild Blueberry Zesty Relish
Ingredients
1 center cut pork loin
Seasoning mix of salt and pepper (to taste)
1 bottle Granite Town Farms Wild Bluebeberry Zesty Relish
Directions
Clean the fat that is usually on the loin. Season with the seasoning mix. Roast in hot oven (425 degrees F)for 15 minutes, turn down oven to 375 degrees F and roast for 20 minutes more, until the internal temperature is 140 degrees F. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve garnished with the Wild Bluebeberry Zesty Relish. Enjoy!!!
