U.S. FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION BIO-TERRORISM ACT

The Bio Terrorism Act requires all exporters of food to the United States to provide the Food and Drug Administration with Prior Notice of all food shipments. We are registered with the FDA and this documention is submitted with all orders.

All orders may be opened and inspected at the discretion of the U.S. Customs officials. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused in this manner.

Our shipping staff works diligently to package your order within 72 hours of receiving it. Delivery times vary with destination and choice of shipping method.

We take extra precaution in packing your contents to ensure it arrives undamaged. In the event that you receive damaged or defective product or have any other problems with your order, please contact us at marketing@wildblueberry.ca within 5 business days after receiving your package. Please retain all packaging material for our freight carrier's collection and retain all paperwork such as invoices or packing slips that can be used as proof of purchase.
